Inside 90 days, August the 7th

My dear friends, the weight training is paying off but with a side effect: I put on muscle mass which interested me and the result is very good, but I also increased the body weight. For two months I have been following a strict diet, every workout I sweat a lot and pants are all significantly larger in waist but the thighs, shoulders, chest and arms of all the clothes are much tighter.

I am confident in my dietician. hopefully good....

In the sessions of combat, however, the tactical training that I have adopted is performing well on several levels. Training with my students, all of a good level of fitness and technique, I place myself in the following manner: I train them to their full capacity, improving them as much as possible and at the same time, I put myself in the situation as difficult as possible. The result is that the level of my students is going up significantly, to the satisfaction of both parties, and, in the very same time, I manage to develop appropriate tactics from extremely disadvantageous situations, improving my level too. Aware of my training and experience with a variety of combat situations, I try to solve others much more intricate. As if a basketball player, having a good shot in close range, try to win a game, one against one, pulling mostly from long distance, without however losing sight of all the technical skills already acquired and also performing, if necessary, a beautiful and stealthily entered to the basket. In the past this system has given me great results.
The enthusiasm we share is great and when techniques particularly difficult find the way to be made, we enjoy in its creation as a result of working together.
Any result that will be obtained, whether there will be, will be a beautiful work of a group that I call family.
