Inside 90 days, August 31

Dear friends,
Today in the training of kata I was really tired. I'm going through a really hard stage. The euphoria of the first period and then that of the second period, the International Meeting in Grado, is giving way to a tremendous fatigue.
I see all black, I am pessimistic and this morning, checking the kata in videocamera I saw only a pile of mistakes and inaccuracies.
I am calling upon all my experience and try to keep the most detached from the events as possible.
It is not easy.
Now I have to be the coach, teacher, psychologist of myself.
So I decided to give me a few days of breath and tonight, maybe I will give even an ice cream! UAU!
